2026 will be a year of many changes. Please join us to capitalize on the opportunity of getting a head start into this open enrollment. The following new rules will be referenced:
- First glance at expected rate changes and the ACA product portfolio for 2026
- No more low income SEP changes
- Exchanges requiring documentation for recorded FPL and Federal Data sources discrepancies of over 100% difference.
- Self Attestations may no longer be accepted
- Enhanced Premium Tax Credits are expiring, primarily affecting incomes over 400% of FPL
- $5 Premium Responsibility to $0 policyholders. Updating the application can grant back the $0 premium.
- Members losing Medicaid.
