What is Cost of AHIP?
It costs the standard $175 fee. No discounts are given through Excellus; however, agents are able to complete the Gorman Medicare basics training at no cost if they have not completed AHIP 2016 training.
Can AHIP Be Used for Compliance Credit?
Does Carrier Reimburse for AHIP?
No. However, free training is available through Gorman.

Is Face-to-Face Training Required?
Will Certifying for 2016 Allow Me to Sell 2015 Products?
No. Agents looking to sell both 2015 and 2016 products should complete the 2016 training FIRST before going through the 2015 training (if desired).

How Do I Retrieve My Username and Password?
Your username will be your Social Security Number (you will have the opportunity to select a new username in 2016). If you forget you password, you can click the “Forgot Password” link on the website.

- Log into www.ritterim.com
- Click the orange “Menu” button
- Click “myRitter” in the toolbar that pops up on the left side of your screen

- Fill out the required fields, attach the application, and click “Submit”
How to Order Supplies for Excellus:
To place a supply order for Excellus, please complete the 2016 Sales Kit Request Form.
Once the form is completed, please email the form to Excellus Broker Support atMedicare.broker.support@Excellus.com. Make sure to indicate if the enrollment kits are to be sent somewhere other than the address recorded in the Sentinel system.
Kits will be delivered 3-5 business days after they are ordered.
