Are additional steps required for those certifying for the first time versus those who are re-certifying?

Yes. This is a new contract for 2016, both contracting and certification are completed through the Gorman Sentinel System for 2016.

How do I retrieve my User Name and Password?

If you forgot your password, you can click the “forgot password link located on the login screen. A temporary password will be sent to the email address on file.

If you have forgotten your username, you may use your SSN or FEIN.

Navigation to Certification Portal and Training Courses:

1) Go to https://www.medicaresalessentinel.com/Agents/AgentRegistration.aspx?programguid=e156cd31-7e88-4ce9-96a6-cc5089be007f.

2) Existing users skip to step 3. New users click on the “Don’t have an account? Click here to Register” link. Then, complete the following steps:

 a. Enter your SSN and click “Next.”

 b. Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk (*).

 c. Click “Save & Cont.” You will be automatically directed to your first program step.

3) New users skip to step #4. Existing users login using your existing Sales Sentinel username and password and complete the following steps:

 a. Update and verify your demographic information.

 b. Click “Save & Cont.” You will be automatically directed to your first program step.

4) You can also go to the “My Programs” tab to see the programs for which you’re currently registered and to access and complete program requirements. To open a program, click on the program’s name. To access a program step, click on the title displayed under “Name.” Sales Sentinel will automatically direct you to the next step every time you complete a step.
