*The New Business Bonus Program is per member. Not per contract. Minimum of 25 New-to-Blue members to qualify. New-to-Blue is defined as not with an IBX plan in the 60 days preceding the effective date. These members must remain on the books until 4/1.

*The Retention Bonus Program rewards are based on agent tiers for overall contracts. The tiers are agents with 100+ contracts, 250+ contracts, and 400+ contracts. To find out your tier of contracts, please contact us using the contact form below.
100-249 Policies: Net retention of 105% to 119.99% pays out $2,500; Net retention of 120% or greater pays out $5,000
250-399 Policies: Net retention of 100% to 109.99% pays out $5,000; Net retention of 110% or greater pays out $10,000
400 or more Policies: Net retention of 100% to 104.99% pays out $10,000; Net retention of 105% or greater pays out $20,000
Bonus payments will be made to the General Agent in May 2024. Independence at its sole discretion may disqualify any broker from the program or may change or discontinue the bonus programs at any time.
