How to Submit Business with Foresters:

All applications should be submitted directly to Foresters.

      • A way to submit your non-medical Lifefirst, SMART UL, and Advantage Plus applications online simply, quickly, and easily.
      • Increases your chance of submitting an “In Good Order” applications, meaning you can get paid faster, your cycle times are reduced, and Foresters’ ability to decision your case is accelerated
    • What should you know?
      • You and your client each need separate email addresses so your client can receive the point-of-sale forms.
      • Once you have electronically submitted the e-App to Foresters, you can track your e-App the same way you would track your paper application.

Reminders:

  • Submit the corresponding underwriting questionnaire for applicable “Yes” answers to the lifestyle and medical questions. For other “Yes” answers, include complete details in the “Additional Information” section of the application.
  • To avoid having to obtain a signature(s) on delivery and a delay in getting paid, ensure that all required sections of the application are completed properly.
  • To avoid selecting riders that are not approved in your state, be sure to check the “State Availability Map” on Foresters’ agent portal for a list of approved optional riders.
  • Provide all applicable replacement, rollover, surrender, and disclosure forms.
