Certification Instructions for the Following Products:

Medicare Advantage

Certification Start Date:

Is AHIP required?

No. Agents may complete their Medicare Core and FWA training through AHIP, Gorman Health Group, or Pinpoint Global Communications.

What is cost of AHIP?

It costs the standard $175 fee. Agents will be responsible for costs associated with CORE/FWA certification through Gorman and other training services.

Can AHIP be used for compliance credit?


Does Carrier reimburse for AHIP?


Certification Product Modules:

  • UAM-specific Compliance, Products and Procedures (CPP) Certification
    • UAM-specific product training (HMO, HMO-POS, HMO-SNP, PPO, Network PFFS)
    • Agents must complete product training for each UAM plan you intend to represent
    • CPP also includes enrollment and Scope of Appointment training.

How do I retrieve my User Name and Password?

Your username will be your SSN unless you changed it to a different one.

If you forget your password, you can obtain a temporary password by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” link. A new password will be emailed to the email address on file.
